Reel Systems Single, Twin, Triple Technical Rollers have manual winds (motorized option allows rolling on of covers by use of hydraulic or electrical drive assistance). The tube is aluminium of 100 mm diameter with 3mm wall thickness. The cover is attached to the tube using 25mm webbing straps, which are riveted to the tube, and nylon cords (through eyelets) or ropes (on to booms). The frame is polished stainless steel Bearings are SKF 20mm stainless steel bearings (which will need to be greased regularly). The bearings are mounted in a toughened PVC bracket. The handle and hubs are stainless steel and can be removed if required. The castors are 100mm diameter Stainless Steel with nylon wheels and have brakes on two of the four castors.
